From Highway 161: Turn South onto Helen Street. Then turn left onto Clara or Service Street. Swansea Fish Stand and Improvement Hall are at the end of both Clara Street and Service Street.
From North Illinois Street: Turn East onto Service Street. Continue on Service Street until you reach the Swansea Improvement Hall parking lot.
